Shipping & Return

Delivery times:

Dôme Precious offers priority shipping. You will find the delivery times and their prices below:

 

SWITZERLAND – 2 to 3 working days

EUROPE, UK and US – 2 to 3 working days

INTERNATIONAL – 5 to 10 business days

 

Please note that these indications are given for information only. Due to the current situation, delivery delays may occur.

In addition, deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and VAT and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will provide you with the tracking link for your order. You can then track your order in real time on the carrier’s website.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the deliverer will drop your package in the mailbox or leave you a delivery notice.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, providing that the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and undamaged. If we receive the items in poor condition or after the 14 day period, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

All returns must be validated in advance by our teams using the form available under ORDERS.

To make a return, you can proceed in two ways:

 

In store

We accept returns of items purchased on the Dome Precious website in our Dôme Project Interiors store located at the following address: Grand Rue 4, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, during opening hours https://dome.ch/ contact.

In-store returns are free. Do not forget to print your invoice to send it to our sales teams present in store.

During your visit, a quality control will be carried out.

 

Per shipment

You can return the item(s) to the following address:

Starlogistics, Route des Sablières 7, 1242 Satigny, Switzerland

The cost of return and the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund items lost or damaged during transport. We therefore recommend that you send your return item through a registered electronic tracking system. To ensure efficient processing of your return, be sure to include your name and address in the package and include a note with the order number.

Upon receipt of the products, our teams will carry out a quality control.

For orders sent outside of Switzerland, a customer who would like to make a return must ensure that customs fees will not be claimed to Dôme Precious upon receipt of the return package. Otherwise, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

The order service of Dôme Precious online sales site executes your order with the greatest care. However, if the products you receive are incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days. We cannot accept any liability if you fail to notify us.

The refund of your products will be made once your package has been received by our team. It will be made by the same method of payment used during the initial payment. If your return is due to an error on our part, the return costs will of course be refunded.
